Facilities for disabled guests need serious upgrades!!! The beach shuttle service is overcrowded and often unreliable. Payment handling can be confusing, and delays in maintenance raise concerns. Expect issues with lift accessibility!!!

Perfect location for foodies!
Had a nice stay! The staff were super friendly and helped me with everything. Location was awesome – tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Tried the food at the restaurant, and it was varied and tasty, but the bar service was a bit slow at times. I enjoyed my 5 nights here.

The Double Room was comfy and good value for money. I really appreciated the flowers and bed sheet arrangement for my birthday—such a sweet touch! The air conditioning worked well, which was great after being outside all day. I felt the decor could use a little refresh. it was nice and clean, and I enjoyed the peaceful vibe.

The staff were incredibly helpful, checking in on us regularly during our stay. The Budget Double Room was spacious and offered a nice ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the pool view from my room, which added a touch of relaxation to my holiday.
The food options could have included more local dishes.
